Excellent value. Price includes a very substantial dinner (!) and breakfast. Nice views to the forest and Riesengebirge (Karkonosze) mountains. Good base for hiking in the national park. Friendly.
A very interesting hotel. You can't ask for much for 2**. It's quite clean, the rooms have some maintenance. On the plus side, breakfast and dinner are tasty and quite plentiful. A plus is the mini bar with beer until 24:00. Free parking at the hotel, elevator. WiFi is quite weak but it is there.
It's hard to find something similar with meals at this price.
For a two-star hotel, it's a great hotel. The outside may not be inviting, but the rooms are clean and well-kept. Maybe not any luxury, but you don't go there to stay in a hotel but to sightsee. The food is very good in the form of a buffet. The ladies reported when something was missing. The only drawback is that there is no cordless kettle in the rooms, and it was not possible to drink coffee before dinner. The electric kettle available for guests was at the bar, where it is difficult to carry hot coffee to the second floor if someone already has their own.
The lady at the reception greeted us with a smile, which we were very pleased with, the food was very tasty and varied in the form of a buffet. However, the room needs better cleaning, another issue is the gentleman who screamed his ass off (I can't call it any other way) from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. The receptionist's attention to it did not help, guests come to rest and relax and not listen to drunken gibberish. ,
Overall rating 4 only for service and food. We will probably come back hoping for a quieter break, maybe next time we will not be disappointed and integration events will be conducted in such a way as not to disturb other guests.

The hotel was clean, the rooms also had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view <3. Breakfast and lunch in the form of a cobbler's buffet, varied, I recommend it to people who like hiking, for me the only minus is the location because to get to the center you have to step or drive a car, but it's a tiny minus and only for me 😉
Hotel Karolinka served as a base during a school trip to the mountains. Very good price offer and contact with the hotel. From the caregivers' reports: clean rooms, very rich breakfasts, tasty dinners, good location of the hotel and bowling + ping pong offer.
Minus: no parking for coaches during our stay due to the renovation of the access road. This was a significant inconvenience for us.
As for the hotel itself, it has some shortcomings, but they are not so drastic as to make it a drake. Nevertheless, it was very nice, the service was very nice and polite. Both breakfasts and dinners are very tasty, varied in the form of a buffet, and not only tea and coffee are available, but also juices. I can confidently say that my stay was very successful.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I recommend it
